Please be advised that during the scheduled weekly maintenance window beginning Saturday, November 2, 2013 several fixes will be deployed to ACE Production.
NOTE: The outage is scheduled to begin at 2300 EDT Saturday, November 2, 2013 and may be extended until 0900 EST on Sunday, November 3, 2013. Should the outage be completed earlier, a CSMS Message will be issued.
Below are the fixes that impact the ocean, rail and truck trade community and ACE Reports Users:
ACE_IR_1291 – Currently notifications related to security filings are not being sent to the trade. This will fix the problem so that X12 350 and CAMIR RC will be transmitted to the trade in a scenario where the trade transmits a ‘stand alone’ security filing.
ACE_PR_48214 – This fix will correct the issue where incorrect data is being transmitted in the GS03 data element on certain outbound rail manifest messages.
ACE_PR_48389 – Fixes a problem where the W01 and B01 output record segments are generated in the wrong order in an output MR manifest response.
ACE_PR_48440 - In-Bond Status on report 'MMM-9009 In-Bond Detail - 2 Hour Refresh' is incorrect. This will fix a problem where an incorrect In-Bond Record Status value is displayed on report 'MMM-9009 In-Bond Detail - 2 Hour Refresh' when generated by a Trade user.
ACE_PR_48834 – Fixes a problem where a carrier receives an erroneous hold notification when the Master BOL vessel change has updated.
ACE_PR_48901 – Fixes a problem where ACE accepts Master BOLs during an amendment with an invalid BOL type instead of rejecting with error 325.
Please NOTE: ACE_PR_48869 which was included on CSMS Message 13-000511 will NOT be included in this ACE Production deployment.
