Please be advised that CBP is aware that there was a slowdown in cargo selectivity processing today 11/8/2013.
We are also getting reports that cargo usually receiving a "paperless" release is now receiving "entry docs required" messages.
Our technical staff is looking into this and we will advise you when the issue is resolved or we have more information.
