REMINDER: On Wednesday, January 15, 2014, CBP will have the scheduled weekly outage to ACE Certification from 0600 EST – 1800 EST. Should the outage end earlier than anticipated, you will be advised via CSMS Message.
Please Note: ACE Certification is the testing environment used by trade software developers. If you are not developing or testing software, this outage does not apply to you.
ACE Production will not be impacted.
The following fixes will impact ACE ABI Entry Summary filers and ABI In-Bond filers:
ACE_IR_1201 – This change will provide the proper error message for CATAIR In-Bond (Application identifier QP (Long)) messages when an invalid Container description code is sent in the QP65 record. The system will no longer return the error '096 RUN HAS BEEN TERMINATED' rather than the code/text that more accurately describes the problem.
ACE_PR_48382 - This fixes the problem where an ACE Post Summary Correction (PSC) transaction is accepted even though a valid PSC reason code is not provided. ACE will now reject PSC transactions that do not include a valid PSC reason code.
ACE_XPTR_42128 – The AD/CVD Case Information Query response (Application identifier AC) will no longer be returned to a filer that is not authorized to receive the output.
