Due to the fact that the Thomas P O'Neill Federal Building in Boston, MA was closed to the public on Wednesday, February 5, 2014, a snow day will be granted, as needed, in the port of Boston (0401) and Logan Airport (0417), extending one additional day without penalty for the filing of entries and payment of duties and fees that were due on Wednesday, February 5, 2014.
