Revised ACE ABI Partner Government Agencies (PGA) CATAIR Chapter and Related Documents including the latest information for the PGA Pilots are now posted to the CBP website. The documents are listed below along with their url.
PLEASE NOTE: Among the updates made to the PGA Message Set is section ‘c’ in the ‘Usage Notes’ section of the Partner Government Agencies chapter, relative to the submission of an OI and disclaimers. Only one OI per entry line is allowed. In the case of a disclaimer, both an OI and a PG01 record are required, with the OI providing a description of the goods being disclaimed. PGAs would like the trade to provide more than the HTS description of ‘American Goods Returned’ (for instance) and instead provide a better description of what is being disclaimed. Please refer to the Usage Notes for more details.
