Over the past few days some ITACS users experienced intermittent issues with uploading documents whereby no confirmation of the upload was received. FDA has identified and corrected the cause of this issue. A backlog of documents has been processed and confirmation emails sent. Please resume using ITACS if you temporarily stopped doing so due to this problem.
