In conjunction with the United States Coast Guard's Industry Day, a Federal Agency Trade Fair will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2014. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Port of Baltimore, will attend the event. Several federal government agencies that regulate international trade were invited to participate in this event. The event will provide members of the trade community the opportunity to speak one on one with representatives of agencies involved with imports and exports.

CBP will have representation from the following areas: ABI Client Representatives, Agriculture Specialists, Entry Specialists, Import Specialists, Regulatory Audit, Tactical CBP Officers (Vessel Entry and Clearance, Outbound, Non-Intrusive Inspections), and
Trade Enforcement Team CBP Officers (CES and Air Cargo). To date, the following agencies have committed to the event: FDA, FWS, USDA, ICE/HSI, CPSC, DOT, FBI and Baltimore Development Corporation (FTZ). Additional agencies may be added.

The event will be held at South Side Locust Point Cruise Terminal located at 2001 East McComas Street, Baltimore, MD 21230. Federal agency participants will be available to meet with the trade community from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Brokers, freight forwarders, steamship line representatives, importers, exporters and motor carriers are all invited to attend and take advantage of this opportunity to meet representatives from various federal agencies.

Free parking is located at the cruise terminal. Bring a photo ID to enter the terminal. Attendance is free to the public. No reservations are required, and all are welcome.
