Please be advised that the regular ACE Production maintenance window is scheduled to begin on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 2300 EDT and end on Sunday, April 6, 2014 at 0500 EDT.
The following fixes may impact ACE Reports Users, ACE Account Users, ACE ABI Entry Summary filers and ABI In-Bond filers:
ACE_IR_1542 – Currently, ACE will not accept a replacement Post Summary Correction (PSC) in a scenario where the PSC is rejected manually by CBP on or after the 270 window (days from date of entry). This improvement will allow the filer to send a replacement PSC in this scenario.
ACE_PR_47043 – This fixes a problem where a Trade Account Owner (TAO) is not authorized to perform any functions within the Importer Security Filing (ISF) portal after a successful launch of the application.
ACE_PR_48713 – Currently ACE Entry Summaries are being rejected with the incorrect error message 'ACE SYSTEM FAILURE' when an HTS number is missing. The correct error message 'HTS NUMBER MISSING' will now be sent in this scenario.
ACE_PR_48762 – Currently the ‘estimated arrival date’ is incorrectly formatted in ACE ABI CATAIR status notifications. ACE will now return the correct ‘estimated arrival date’ format will be returned in the NS05 record of the status notification message (ABI application identifier ‘NS’).
ACE_PR_49028 – Currently ACE is incorrectly rejecting Employee records that do not include a state code in scenarios where the Birth Country is other than U.S., Canada, or Mexico. After this fix, ACE will no longer require the Employee Birth State when a Birth Country other US, Canada, or Mexico on the input file is used to upload a broker's employee records.
ACE_PR_49101 – Currently the CE Portal report AR-007 -Periodic Statement Detail report is missing some updates. This will fix the problem so that the most current data will be returned on this report.
