REMINDER: On Wednesday, April 9, 2014, CBP will have a possible extended scheduled weekly outage to ACE Certification from 0600 EDT – 2000 EDT. Should the outage end earlier than anticipated, you will be advised via CSMS Message.

Please Note: ACE Certification is the testing environment used by trade software developers. If you are not developing or testing software, this outage does not apply to you.

ACE Production will not be impacted.

The following fixes will impact ACE ABI Entry Summary filers:

ACE_IR_1707 – This change will improve the output of a PMS reroute input 'MO' transaction by including the input QR-Record that corresponds to the output QX-Record.

ACE_PR_48919 – Currently, ACE Entry Summaries transmitted without lines are rejected with the incorrect error message ‘ACE SYSTEM FAILURE’. This fix will now return the correct error message 'LINE ITEM(S) MISSING' in a scenario where there are no line items found in the input AE message.

ACE_PR_49104 – Currently, the PMS Reroute Response (MQ transaction) is not generated when two QR records are submitted. This fix will properly generate a response in this scenario.

ACE_PR_49125 – Currently, PMS Reroute Request message (MO transaction) retrieves incorrect results when the ‘transmission date’ is used solely to retrieve the statement(s). This fixes that problem.

ACE_PR_49140 – Currently some Periodic Monthly Statements include incorrect message header data causing an unreliable delivery to trading partner's queue. This fixes this problem.

ACE_XPTR_41645 – Currently ACE Entry Summaries transmitted without both totals records return the incorrect error message ‘ACE SYSTEM FAILURE’. This fix will now return the correct error messages 'FEE TOTAL MISSING' and/or 'GRAND TOTALS MISSING' when ‘totals’ are not transmitted in the input AE message.
