REMINDER: On Wednesday, April 23, 2014, CBP will have the scheduled weekly outage to ACE Certification from 0600 EDT – 1800 EDT. Should the outage end earlier than anticipated, you will be advised via CSMS Message.
Please Note: ACE Certification is the testing environment used by trade software developers. If you are not developing or testing software, this outage does not apply to you.
ACE Production will not be impacted.
The following fixes will impact ACE ABI Entry Summary filers, In-Bond filers, and FTZ filers:
ACE_PR_48352 – Currently, ACE generated CATAIR response messages contain an incorrect 'transmission date'. This will fix the problem so that the 'transmission date' in the A and Z Control Records will be correct.
ACE_PR_49122 – Currently the FTZ Concurrence deletion (4E) posting is not being sent to the Trade when the In-Bond is deleted. This fixes the issue so that an FTZ Concurrence Deletion (4E) notification will be sent to the Trade in a scenario where an In-bond is deleted (and, thus, never arrived).
ACE_PR_49154 - Currently, the incorrect error message 'Reported Surety/Bond Surety Mismatch' is being returned on ACE AE entry summaries. This fix will now send the correct error message 'Bond Terminated' in these instances.
ACE_PR_49164 - Currently ACE Entry Summaries are being incorrectly rejected when the Bond has multiple principal users (IORs). This fixes the problem so that ACE Entry Summaries will no longer generate the error message 'Reported Surety/Bond Surety Mismatch' in a scenario where the bond is associated with more than one principal users.
