REMINDER: On Wednesday, May 7, 2014, CBP will have the scheduled weekly outage to ACE Certification from 0600 EST – 1800 EST. Should the outage end earlier than anticipated, you will be advised via CSMS Message.

Please Note: ACE Certification is the testing environment used by trade software developers. If you are not developing or testing software, this outage does not apply to you.

ACE Production will not be impacted.

The following fixes may impact Ocean/Rail Manifest trade partners:

ACE_PR_48868 – Currently, some notifications are incorrectly suppressed when Master and House BOL amendments are submitted via the same transaction. This fixes the problem where an In-bond Movement Authorized (1J) message is incorrectly suppressed in a scenario where a carrier submits a manifest amendment (TS-309Y) which deletes and adds a House BOL and matching Master BOL in the same transaction.

ACE_PR_49117 – Currently, ACE rejects ENTAs on Master BOLs that were originally submitted as House BOLs by Trade. This fixes the problem where condition 'Missing or Invalid BOL Number' is generated in the response to an ENTA transaction in a scenario where a previously accepted House BOL is being amended to a Master BOL.

ACE_PR_49122 – Currently, FTZ Concurrence deletion (4E) posting is not being sent to Trade when the In-Bond is deleted. This fixes the problem so that an FTZ Delete Concurrence (4E) message is correctly sent to a trade participant in a scenario where an FTZ Concurrence at the BOL level is accepted, followed by a deletion at the In-Bond level.
