A new version of the CBP Form 301 with an expiration date of 05/31/2017 has been posted at http://www.cbp.gov/sites/default/files/documents/CBP%20Form%20301_0.pdf.
Although the new version can be used immediately, Office of Administration, Bond Team will grant a 30 day grace period to transition from the old version to the new version. Effective July 1, 2014 the new version of the CBP Form 301 will be mandatory, and any other version will not be accepted.
