Earlier today FDA experienced system issues which caused FDA to declare a Prior Notice Contingency Scenario 1. The system issues have now been resolved. However, the system issues resulted in a processing delay and backlog of entries including Prior Notice submissions which are currently being processed as quickly as possible. Please do not attempt to resubmit entries through ABI/ACS as this could cause further problems.
