REMINDER: On Wednesday, July 2, 2014, CBP will have the scheduled weekly outage to ACE Certification from 0600 EST – 1800 EST. Should the outage end earlier than anticipated, you will be advised via CSMS Message.

Please Note: ACE Certification is the testing environment used by trade software developers. If you are not developing or testing software, this outage does not apply to you.

ACE Production will not be impacted.

PLEASE NOTE: The following fixes will impact filers

ACE_IR_1364 - Improves the validations of the 'Delivered To' and 'Sold To' party reported on an ES line. This will ensure that the format of the reported party is valid, the party is known, and not void. Specifically, this change will permit reporting of these two line level parties in an IRS format without the suffix.

ACE_PR_45565 - Fixes a problem where an EDI ES Create/Update AE transaction is not accepted when the total number of Invoice Descriptions (44-Records) for the ES submitted exceeds 500. (Fixed so that up to 999 can be submitted for each ES line.)

ACE_PR_46941 - Fixes numerous formatting and data justification problems in a ES Query response (JD transaction) in various returned 10-thru-90 Records.

ACE_PR_48442 - Fixes a problem where an ACE SYSTEM FAILURE is returned in the AX response in a scenario where the 90-Record (Grand Totals) for the entry summary has not been reported in an ES Create/Update AE transaction.

ACE_PR_48753 - Fixes a problem where a generated E0-Record in an ES Create/Update AX response contains incomplete information in a scenario where an input 43-Record is incorrectly sequenced.

ACE_PR_49261 - Fixes a problem where an ACE SYSTEM FAILURE is incorrectly returned in an ES Create/Update AX transaction response in a scenario where a consolidating summary is being submitted and the "CONSOLIDATED NOT ALLOWED - ALREADY RELEASED" condition applies.
