Please be advised that the regular ACE Production maintenance window is scheduled to begin on Saturday, July 26, 2014 at 2300 EDT and may possibly be extended on Sunday, July 27, 2014 until 0700 EDT.

This weekends ACE work does NOT include maintenance to the ACE database and will, therefore, NOT affect ACS Air AMS or ACS ABI.

The following fixes may impact ACE ABI Entry Summary Filers and Carriers:

ACE_IR_1020 - Changes the text of AX condition 565 from 'CASES NOT RELATED' to 'CASES MAY NOT BE RELATED'.

ACE_PR_48053 - Fixes a problem where an incorrect tariff level 'Occurrence Position' and 'Reference Data Text' are returned in an Entry Summary Create/Update AX response E0-Record in a scenario where there is a duplicate HTS# on the input 50-Record line.

ACE_PR_48466 - Fixes a problem where condition RLSE ENTRY FILER CODE MISSING is incorrectly returned when the Filer Code is missing from the input 10-Reocrd of an Entry Summary Create/Update AE transactions. (The condition should be ENTRY FILER CODE MISSING.)

ACE_PR_48812 - Fixes a problem where ACE and legacy ACS are out of synch in a scenario where more than six release entries are referenced on an Entry Summary Create/Update AX transaction.

ACE_PR_48859 - Fixes a problem in an output 'LINFEE' and 'FEETOT' E0-Record Entry Summary Create/Update AX response where the dollar value of the referenced fee in the 'Reference Data Text' field is incorrect (i.e., the decimal position is incorrectly shifted).

ACE_PR_49246 - Fixes a problem where a CASE CANNOT BE USED - IN INITIAL STAGE is incorrectly generated in a scenario where the EDI Received Date should be used to look up the case.

ACE_PR_49272 - Fixes a problem where the 'Importer's Additional Declaration Detail' (54-Record), if any, is not returned in the response Entry Summary Query JD output.

ACE_PR_48051 - Fixes a problem where a large (i.e., more than 1,000 BOLs) Foreign Departure EDI message may fail when received from the trade.
