CBP is aware of and is working to fix 2 ACE entry summary validation (ESV) issues. These issues are:
1 - ACE informal entry summary transactions are being rejected when the transaction includes sets as ACE incorrectly includes the value of the set components in calculating the total value of the entry summary to compare to the value limit threshold for informal entry summaries. Only the value of the set header should be included in this calculation.
2 - ACE entry summaries are being rejected incorrectly for estimated IR tax/calculated IR tax mismatch. This issue occurs when IR tax class 016 is reported and the value of the estimated tax is less than that which ACE calculates.
Both issues are currently planned to have fixes deployed to ACE production as soon as possible.
