The Preliminary Periodic Monthly Statements (PMS) are generated by ACE by the 11th work day of the periodic statement month and are generally distributed within a 4-5 hour timeframe on the 11th workday. Filers can submit the PMS reroute (MO) transaction on the 11th workday for a missing preliminary PMS.
Due to the increase in PMS participation and ACE was designed to process payments against entry summaries prior to final statement generation, this will cause the Final PMS to be generated throughout the day on the 15th workday of the periodic statement month. Filers should wait until the 16th workday of the month to perform a PMS Reroute (MO) transaction for a missing Final PMS.
In the absence of the MO transaction programming, your client representative can be contacted to request a reroute of a PMS.
