The ACH Helpdesk email address, ACH-Customs@cbp.dhs.gov, has experienced an outage from October 10, 2014 through October 20, 2014 preventing emails to be received by this site. This issue has been corrected.
Trade participants should resend emails forwarded to this address during this timeframe to assure the information has been received by the ACH helpdesk for processing.
