CBP RESOLVED an internal system issue which cause an approximate 30 min outage today 11/20/2014.
If you have received an entry summary response (Application ID = AX) of "ACE SYSTEM FAILURE", please resubmit your ACE Entry Summary (Application ID = AE) to the ACE system.
