On Wednesday, January 7, 2015, CBP will be taking an invasive outage starting at 6:00 am 01/07/2015 in ACE CERTIFICATION.
This outage is scheduled until 6:00 pm. The system, however, will be brought back up and made available once the deployment is complete. This is an application deployment (DS64). A message will be sent once CERTIFICATION is back up. A CSMS message will be sent once ACE CERTIFICATION is available.
Please Note: ACE CERTIFICATION is the testing environment used by trade software developers. If you are not developing or testing software, this outage does not apply to you.
ACE Production will not be impacted.
Please find attached a list of seven EDI related items that may be suitable to share with the trade.
ACE_PR_48331 - Fixes a problem where an ACE ES (Entry Type 11) incorrectly still reflects the Reconciliation status of the ES when it was previously accepted as an Entry Type 01 and 's et up' for reconciliation.
ACE_PR_49379 - Fixes a problem where a TS-355 response does not return an error in a scenario where the trade submitted Manifest message (309W) includes a BOL with a 3-character Shipper Country Code (rather than the IG specified 2-character code).
ACE_PR_49417 - Fixes a problem where the City Name field is not saved when a trade submitted TI transaction (Importer Update) is accepted as a Foreign PO Box address.
ACE_PR_49451 - Fixes a problem where the Entry Filer Code in an input CJ1-Record is incorrectly evaluated in a scenario where the filer is requesting all Census Warnings be returned by District/Port or by a date range.
ACE_PR_49464 - Fixes a problem where 'Action Date' is not being populated in the 1G (Customs hold placed at port of in-bond destination) Status Notification message.
ACE_PR_49466 - Fixes a problem where a PSC filing is incorrectly rejected due to an RLF condition. The RLF validation should not be performed on a PSC submission.
ACE_PR_49467 - Fixes a problem where a UC Type 7 (Document Receipt Acknowledgement) is not generated and sent for any associated ES when the invoice is received by CBP for the lead ES.
