FDA Prior Notice Contingency Scenario 2 ended on January 15, 2015. Earlier today FDA experienced system issues reported in CSMS 15-000027 which caused a delay in processing entries, including Prior Notice submissions. This delay resulted in a 3 to 5 hour backlog of entries which are currently being processed as quickly as possible. Please do not attempt to resubmit entries through ABI/ACS as this could cause further problems.
