Please be advised the ACH-Customs email has been experiencing problems.
Any ACH applications for ADDs or Changes that were sent to
ACH-Customs@cbp.dhs.gov after 8:30AM yesterday,February 17, 2015, were not received by the Revenue Division.
Please fax the applications to 317-298-1259 until further notice.
A CSMS message will be issued once the problem has been corrected.
