FDA's Import Trade Auxiliary Communication System (ITACS) document repository is undergoing maintenance and will be unavailable for a portion of the scheduled downtime period. The deployment window is Friday, March 13, 2015 between 9:00 pm ET and 12:00 am ET, with an intermittent outage of under 20 minutes during the restart of the repository after deployment. To be safe, ITACS users should plan to submit documents either before or after this maintenance period.
During this time, other ITACS functionality such as submission of examination availability information and ability to view entry and line statuses will be unaffected.
