The ITACS document upload problems detailed in CSMS 15-000132 on 2/26/2015 have now been resolved. The issue with Submission of Examination Availability information is still being investigated and a solution should be in place shortly.
Should you encounter any problems uploading documents in ITACS from this date forward, please contact itacssupport@fda.hhs.gov with details including the entry number and a copy of the confirmation email, if one was received.
