On May 3, 2015, the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) will become the system of record for all air import manifests transmitted to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and the Automated Manifest System (AMS) will no longer be available for processing of air manifests.
To ensure compliance and assist with the trade's successful transition to ACE, CBP invites all air manifest filers to participate in the ACE Air Manifest Implementation Webinar on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 from 3:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M. ET.
This ACE Air Manifest Implementation Webinar is being held to further discuss final details about the upcoming May 3, 2015 transition to ACE for all air manifest filings, including the specific timeline for outages in preparation for the transition to ACE. During this session, CBP will also review the air manifest changes deployed in ACE on January 3, 2015, and provide attendees the opportunity to ask questions concerning the implementation of air manifest processing in ACE.
