The latest updated versions of the PGA Message Set and Appendix PGA have been posted to the following locations.

Changes to the Appendix PGA include many code additions related to USDA/APHIS (non-Lacey Act). In addition, sections that mentioned the FDA data needed for prior notice were removed since that topic is covered by FDAs supplemental guidance document.
Changes to the PGA Message Set include removing notes in the PG23 related to the now-removed prior notice sections in the Appendix PGA.
Please note that the disclaim codes in the PG01 changed from a Y to codes A-D.
