There will be an Emergency ACE Outage on June 9, 2015 from 0001 to 0200 hours. The purpose of this outage is to resolve the continuing issue of FSN messages (1C, 1D and 1F notification) that are not currently being sent to the trade from the ACE Air Manifest system.
After this fix is deployed, CBP ports will remain in a facilitative posture as we continue to evaluate system performance. Once CBP determines the system is stable and performing as designed, ports will return to normal operations.
Another CSMS will be issued when additional updates are available.
