ACE eBond experienced an issue on Sunday, 7/26/15 from 12:00am – 1:00am EST, where Bond Status Messages were not correctly sent to Bond Filers and Secondary Notified Parties when specific actions occurred. Examples of actions for these corresponding messages include scheduled Bond Terminations (CTB) and Bond moving to Active Status (CBE). Unfortunately, ACE is unable to retrieve or resend these messages. Please note this is a messaging issue only – these actions did take place, but messages were not sent correctly. If you were expecting to receive Bond Status Messages on Sunday (7/26/15) around midnight and did not, and would like confirmation that expected actions occurred, please reach out to your client rep to confirm via the eBond application.
