This is in the ACE CERTIFICATION (test) environment only. If you are not filing into the ACE CERTIFICATION environment, you may disregard this message.
The AE ACE Create Entry Summary transactions that includes PGA message set is being rejected with the error
E1 F498 PGA INV DESC NOT ALLOWED W/O FORM DATA
followed by several additional error messages that reference FCC data not being filed. This error occurs regardless of the tariff not having any FCC flag. (There is no PGA message set for FCC data for ACE).
PGA message set on the SE (ACE Cargo Release) transaction does not have this issue, so you can test PGA message set via the SE while the AE issue gets resolved.
Another CSMS will be issued for any update. CBP regrets the inconvenience.
