The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) published a Federal Register Notice today announcing the use of the Partner Government Agency (PGA) Message Set component of the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) for the electronic submission of trade data required by CPSC on the importation of specified products and to request participants for the test.
