All Air Carriers are advised that due to a system issue ACE is not sending out GO pending and eligible messages. Cargo that meets General Order (GO) eligibility requirements should still be ordered and entered into GO by the ports. The trade are requested to work with ports to ensure that cargo that is GO eligible is in fact entered into GO. This issue is only impacting Air Manifest.
When the issue is resolved another CSMS will be issued before we restarted the GO messaging.
