The CBP Technology Service Desk has received a large volume of calls from ACE Portal users experiencing issues when attempting to utilize the “Forgot your Password” link on the ACE Portal login page. Users experiencing issues should follow the appropriate guidance attached. Users who continue to experience issues should contact the CBP Technology Service Desk.
