To support the deployment of the new Exporter Account type view and associated Automated Export System (AES) report capabilities deployed to the ACE Secure Data Portal with ACE Deployment E, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has posted new materials to CBP.gov/ACE. You will find:
• ACE Exporter Account Quick Reference Guide (QRG)
• Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for Exporters
• Three instructional videos
The new QRG, FAQs and the three short videos were developed to provide instructions to both existing and new ACE Portal Users on applying for an Exporter Account, and requesting access to an Employer Identification Number (EIN) needed to run reports.
