This morning Production ACE AE entry summary transactions certified for ACE cargo release with a house bill of lading reported are resulting in SX ACE Cargo Release rejections with no reason provided in the SX message. CBP is working to correct the problem and another message will be issued when it has been fixed. Meanwhile, please file separate AE ACE Entry Summary and SE ACE Cargo Release transactions for entries involving house bills of lading. Please file Remote Location Filing (RLF) entries involving house bills of lading in ACS.
