The information in this CSMS is from FDA to assist in filing FDA entries in the ACE PGA Pilot. This is a supplemental message to the most current CSMS containing full instructions for joining the PGA Pilots, titled "I want to file entries in the PGA Pilot!"
The FDA welcomes your interest in participating in the FDA/ACE ITDS Pilot for Cargo Release. The FDA is providing guidance in the attached spreadsheets for those interested in filing in order to assist brokers and importers in understanding the data required by the FDA for processing of entries in ACE. This will facilitate matters during the live production call with CBP . FDA would be pleased to review the data in advance and provide feedback to you, if you would find this helpful. Additionally, all filers must receive authorization by CBP to file through ACE.
