CBP will be deploy an emergency fix to correct the ACE Entry Summary Delete issue announced in CSMS 15-000873. When attempting to Delete an ACE Entry Summary, filers received an ACE SYSTEM FAILURE response.
ACE will deploy the emergency fix today, November 24, 2015 at 1700 ET. The fix should take no longer than 20 minutes, and will affect ACE Entry Summary (AE) processing.
Entry Summary Delete transactions that received an ACE SYSTEM FAILURE with reason code E50 since 0630 ET today, November 24, 2015 should be resubmitted for processing.
