CBP is aware there is an issue with ACE summary filings (filers receiving ACE SYSTEM FAILURE response) and QP in-bond transmissions (filers receiving RUN HAS BEEN TERMINATED response).
The issues are being investigated. Another message will be issued as more information is known.
