This is an UPDATE to CSMS 15-000921: Please be advised that for the ACE PRODUCTION deployment on Thursday morning, December 10, 2015, starting at 0600 ET, three Cargo Release (SE) items have been added to the deployment.

The deployment is expected to take approximately 30 minutes, and will impact ACE Entry Summary and ACE Cargo Release processing.

To be deployed:
• SE-6885: Fixed Cargo Release sending a release posting to ACE Manifest (M1) even though entry is not released (Ticket 2085041)
• SE-6915: Fixed Rail entries with multiple bills not sending postings to ACE Manifest (M1) for all the bills (Ticket 2113045)
• SE-6913: ONE USG should not be sent in SO when bill is deleted and entry in pending state

• PGAD-8965: Code fix to match hyphenated permit numbers to specific PGA transaction data (the AECA Permit numbers) so that when the validation is performed, it matches with the reference data that ATF provided (which has hyphens in it).
• PGAD-8960: Business rule updates to match Oct 28 FDA Supplemental Guide version 2.4.

• CES-2690: Fixed Record B port validation. This resolves issues the Trade experienced with the Batch/Block validations where the Sender/Receiver Filer and DDPP (on the A-record) are different than the Processing Filer and DDPP (on the B-record).
• CES-2790: Fixed intermittent ACE SYSTEM FAILURE (ASF) received when bad value in the Country ISO Code table. Edits added to check for the bad value and issue valid error instead of an ASF.
• CES-2856: Validation added for a Line Level Country code
• CES-2845: Fixed Missing Bond Numbers in the AS and JR Jobs; added the bond # to the XML that ACE sends to ACS on the F1.
• CES-3162: AE without an office code in the B-record should have required the office code based on the sender/receiver
