Entry filers should not attempt to Replace their SE or AE transactions to get the original ACE Cargo Release entry to process when no response has been received. Replace Cargo Release transactions become correction requests at the port that require CBP personnel to review for acceptance or rejection. Additional Replace transactions will also reject until the correction is processed.
Filers should only use the Replace transaction to submit changes to the original ACE Cargo Release entry or use the Update transaction to correct the Bill of Lading information and/or report specific transportation information.
If an SX response or SO notification is not immediately received from ACE Cargo Release, please allow one hour before contacting your assigned Client Representative.
