As announced in CSMS# 15-000946, the CBP Form 3461 has been modified for use with ACE non-ABI filing. The ACE version of the form has been removed from CBP.gov for additional modification. A future CSMS will be published when it is re-posted. Filers should continue to use the existing 3461 for their non-ABI filings.
