Harmonized System Update (HSU) 1601 was created on January 12, 2016 and contains 808 ABI records and 169 harmonized tariff records.
Modifications include those made as a result of the 484(f) Committee, The Committee for Statistical
Annotation of Tariff Schedules. The changes can be found within the change record of the 2016 USHTS,
which has been published on the USITC's website (www.usitc.gov).
Adjustments required by the verification of the 2016 Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) are also included.
The modified records are currently available to all ABI participants and can be retrieved electronically
via the procedures indicated in the CATAIR. For further information about this process, please contact
