Please be advised that there will be an ACE PRODUCTION deployment on Tuesday morning, February 9, 2016, starting at 0600 ET. The deployment is expected to take approximately 30 minutes, and will impact ACE Entry Summary processing. Immediately following the deployment to ACE PRODUCTION will be the deployment of the same items below to ACE CERTIFICATION, starting at 0630 ET.
To be deployed:
• CES-3363: Ticket 2247554 - fixed issue of occasional AX not being generated for an AE.
• CES-3412: Ticket 2256806 - fixed issue of an AE rejecting for error 602-"HMF NOT ALLOWED - DE MINIMUS" when there was a 62-record with the HMF class code, and an additional 62-record was included on the same line with a zero dollar amount.
• CES-3384: New “MO” application ID will now be recognized as valid.
• CES-3352: Changed Severity of error message 548 'CASE NOT APPLICABLE FOR TARIFF(S)' condition from Fatal to Informational.
This allows an AD/CVD ES to be accepted even though the Dept. of Commerce has not yet updated the AD/CVD Case management system with the HTS numbers associated to a case.
