The DRAFT Partner Government Agency (PGA) formats for the Customs Proprietary Commodity Record format and ANSI-X-12: 601 Export Shipment Information contained in the Automated Export System Trade Interface Requirements have been published to U.S. Customs and Border Protection's (CBP) website at http://www.cbp.gov/trade/aes. The documents are located under the PGAs tab of that page.

A summary of the changes is provided in a new Draft Appendix Q – PGA Record Formats for the Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), National Oceanic and Atmospheric – National Marine Fisheries (NMFS) and the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). Additionally, there are changes posted in the Draft Appendix F – License and License Exemption Type Codes and Reporting Guidelines for Export License Number formats regarding Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) License Code T10 and Department of State/ Directorate of Defense Trade Control (DDTC) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) License Code S94 to be reported in the filing, if applicable. All other current PGA data and formats for the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), DDTC and other PGAs remain unchanged. The revised formats will be effective for the respective PGA export pilots later this year. CBP and the PGAs will provide updated information regarding the commencement of the export pilots via AES Broadcast message, CSMS and posting to CBP.gov.
