Please be advised that there will be an ACE PRODUCTION deployment on Friday morning, February 26, 2016, starting at 0600 ET.
The deployment is expected to take approximately 30 minutes, and will impact ACE Cargo Release and ACE Entry Summary processing.
To be deployed:
• PGAD-9736 BUG- PO messaging incorrect format.
(1) PE sent out not a PO; PE and PO records mixed
(2) Envelope number was erroneously sent out in the SO71 (71 should only be used to send the PNC# as we do on the SO71)
(3) PO70 had PG line number as ‘2’ instead of 002 (not in the right format per the posted CATAIR)
• PGAD-9734 BUG- PGA Message Set Validation fixes to code for APHIS CORE Hold Intact rules needed.
IMMEDIATE, PRIORITY FIX NEEDED for AVS_028 and must include the related fix to it from Item #s (1), (2) & (3) below. All others should be done in priority of number in the list below.
APHIS CORE Bucket 2 Rules not fully functional for various reasons across rules:
(1) *AVS_027 thru AVS_035*
* Logic specified in excel list is not enforced and as a result May Proceeds are given instead of Hold Intact events.*
(2) * AVS_001 through AVS_035 (All rules), AAC_001; ABS_001*
* Detail IDs don't match ones specified in excel sheet.
(3) *AVS_001 thru APH_AVS_005*
* PGA Review Event are not displayed in PGA UI (PGA Review tab). The Hold Intact events are only shown in the PGA Data and in the SO.
(4) *AVS_017 thru AVS_022*
* Detail Description & PGA Line Status_Reason and Sub_reason Codes don't match ones specified in Excel list
• PGAD-9729 BUG- PG30 Date/time missing should have caused a reject for FDA FOO and did not.
FDA Business rules that did NOT trigger and should have under FDA FOO program:
(1) FDA_4_068
(2) FDA_4_069
PG30 records provided did not have the arrival date and time provided in the PG30. This should have caused a reject and it did not.
This had negative consequences on the processing of this entry:
(1) Without a date and time in the PG30 we cannot send it to FDA because we do not know when the entry falls within their 5 day window (this is why FDA cannot see the entry)
(2) Since FDA cannot see the entry they cannot review it which is why the entry remains in PENDING (since this is Prior Notice)
