Please be advised that there will be an ACE PRODUCTION outage Saturday evening, February 27, 2016 starting 2200 ET and ending Sunday, February 28, 2016 at 0400 ET.
Legacy ACE (Manifest, Reports, Accounts) will perform infrastructure maintenance activities, and several ACE Deployments will take place during this time as well. To be deployed:
PGA (ACE Entry Summary)

• PGAD-9393 BUG - NHTSA Business rule validation errors returning false or no results:
1. A PROD Entry had a valid Glazing Manufacturer Code (GMC) that should not have triggered a business rule hit for glazing. Error PF7 was incorrectly generated.
2. A PROD Entry should have rejected a Registered Importer # that had been incorrect & not in NHTSA's reference table.
3. A PROD Entry that was a HS-7 Box 3 Canadian certified filing, where both the registered importer# and VSA# were valid, should NOT have received NHT_1_011 BR hits.
4. A PROD Entry with no PG22 record should have been rejected with an error code P48.
5. A PROD Entry had a PG22 record with Doc ID 946, but no box checked, meaning, no conformance declaration. This should have received a PL0 [MISSING OR INVALID CONF DEC CODE PER PGA] reject.
6. A PROD Entry has Box 2A filled with program code OEI. Trade correctly got a Bucket 1 PG0 [INVALID GOV AGENCY PROGRAM CODE PER PGA] warning, but no BR rule hit was sent out for rule NHT_1_004a1.
ACE Cargo Release

• CIP-780: Non-ABI Manual Entry functionality for entry types 03, 06, 23 and 52 (already exists for entry types 01 and 11 in production)
• CIP-743: RLF Two Step Process: Allow lone SE transactions to be submitted & processed for RLF flagged entries
• SE-7347: When an entry has a release date, but then a subsequent bill hold came in, after bill hold removal the release date should be that date and not revert back to previous release date
• Refactor Ocean and Rail Messaging to the ACE Manifest system to accept certain statuses and scenarios to align with how air manifest handles these
• SE-7321: Update code so R4 Truck will recognize entries that are cancelled in Cargo Release thru the automated 30 day process
• SE-7341: Update process to find "One USG" state in PGA – Updates were needed in ACE Cargo Release's queries due to updates made by the PGA team)
• SE-7222: Cancellations with no Port of Entry (if previous bill match but bill match removed for some reason, the system will recognize the previous port of entry for cancellation purposes)
• SE-6757: Tell PGA application when SE data is accepted
• SE-6866: SE did not cancel entry when entry cancellation was accepted (Ticket# 2052951)
