Programming changes will be implemented today, March 7, 2016 after 7:00PM in ACE CERTIFICATION ONLY in order to increase the de minimis value exemption from entry (aka Section 321) from $200 to $800 This will allow express air carriers and truck carriers to test the request of an electronic release of Section 321 shipments on a manifest up to $800 in declared value. It will also allow the posting of releases on ocean, rail and general air carriers manifest for shipments of up to $800.
