Please be advised that there will be an ACE CERTIFICATION deployment on Tuesday morning, March 29, 2016, starting at 0700 ET.

The deployment is expected to take approximately 30 minutes, and will impact ACE Cargo Release and ACE Entry Summary processing.

To be deployed are Entry Summary (ES) items:

• CES-3326: Fixed exception error when AE was submitted for warehouse withdrawal.

• CES-3352: Change Severity of '548-CASE NOT APPLICABLE FOR TARIFF(S)' condition from Fatal to Informational

• CES-3353: No Longer perform Assessment of FD, DT Data. FD and DT records will no longer be accepted in an AE filing.

• CES-3357: Reject FD0, DT0 Disclaimer Codes in an AE.
The codes to 'disclaim' FDA (FD0) and DOT/NHTSA (DT0) information in the OA-Record are to be retired and no longer recognized in an AE filing. The purpose of this change to REJECT an AE transaction if either of these existing codes are encountered with condition 684 (PGA DSCLMR NOT ALLOWED - ACE CARGO CERT) whenever code 'DT0' or 'FD0' is encountered in an OA-Record.

• CES-3361: Eliminate Continuous Bond Claim Validation for Remote Location Filing (RLF)
This story ELIMINATES the Bond Claim RLF Restriction. Condition 118 (RLF REQUIRES CONTINUOUS BOND) will no longer generate.

• CES-3380: Matrix Support: Reserve Quota should Not be deleted.
Entry Summary will no longer delete the reserved quota when an ES has been resubmitted.

• CES-3394: Multiple OI under single HTS is incorrectly accepted on non-PE submissions.
Fixed issue with multiple OI records were not being passed to Cargo Release when there were multiple OIs under on 50-rec.

• CES-3418: For FTA Recon, fixed issues with the Recon Status Code and Recon Due Date fields.

• CES-3531: Validate and Persist PGA Data Included Indicator for both Expedited and FTZ Weekly.
The existing 'PGA Expedited Release Indicator' field has been renamed the 'PGA Data Included Indicator'. This is on the 10-rec, pos. 68-68.

• CES-3534: Send PGA Data Included Indicator to ITDS-PGA System
Ensure the renamed data element PGA Data Included indicator gets sent to the ITDS/PGA system.

• CES-3577: Allow a Post-Summary Correction (PSC) to change an AD/CVD entry type to a non-AD/CVD entry type.
A PSC will now be allowed to change all AD/CVD entry types to non-AD/CVD entry types: Type 03 to type 01, type 07 to type 02, type 34 to type 31 and type 38 to type 32.

• CES-3755: Entry Summary Processing Validations (ESPV) – Add PROD switch to turn off changes related to ACS Cargo Release.
Switches have been added to the code to “turn off” validations related to Cargo Release until the validations are required to be in Prod.

• CES-3757: ESPV – Add PROD switches to turn off changes related to OGA validations.
Switches have been added to the code to “turn off” validations related to OGA validations until the validations are required to be in Prod.

• CES-3842: Accept any duty amount for an embroidered article (HTS 5810.91, 5810.92, 5810.99) in an ES filing
Accept any duty amount for a fabric/textile article with an embroidered component and generate the informational message 628: DUTY ACCEPTED COMPLEX LINE.

• CES-3900: ACE AE Entry Summary transaction incorrectly reject with -- HTS NOT ACTIVE.
Fixed entry type ‘06’ (FTZ) create/replace transactions incorrectly rejecting with error “434: HTS NBR NOT ACTIVE” even though HTS is active for the Line Action Date.
