Please be advised that the Legacy ACE Portal (ACE Manifest Portal, ACE Reports, ACE Accounts) is currently experiencing latency issues causing slow response times when logging in and navigating the portal. This may be impacting some CBP users' cargo manifest processing functions, as well as access to Automated Export Systems (AES) accounts.
This issue is currently under investigation.
