Satsuma (Mandarin Oranges) -
HQ Quota has made a change to Automated Commercial System (ACS) to allow Satsumas, HTS 2008.30.4600 to be entered at high rate. ACS will allow the lines to be transmitted as entry type 01 and will not require CBP quota processing.
