This issue pertains to entry summary filers. When an entry summary goes into CBP Control, an entry summary status message (UC) notifies the trade of this change.
Starting at 2130 ET on Saturday night, April 30, 2016, several of the CBP Control messages failed to process and all of the CBP Control messages had to be replayed, including both failed and successful CBP Control messages. Some entry summaries may encounter a duplicate UC message due to this.
The issue was resolved around 0245 ET on Sunday morning, May 1, 2016. If additional issues are encountered, please contact your assigned Client Representative.
